Jeff Betsill, president of Jeff Betsill Homes, Inc., began his career in home building at the young age of ten. Jeff's father, Alex, was a custom homebuilder in Fayette County, Georgia; Jeff was always on the job site with his father, learning quality from a young age. Beginning at age eighteen, Jeff owned and operated his own framing crew. During the time Jeff worked with his father, Jeff would help his father Alex, frame and trim each home built by them. In 1984, Jeff and his framing crew began framing homes for Jerry Ballard Homes, a large production builder in the Metro Area. While working for Jerry Ballard Homes, Jeff's hard work and dedication to quality was noticed by Jerry Ballard as a considerable asset to his company. Jerry approached Jeff about becoming a superintendent for his subdivisions. Jeff agreed, and from that time until 1994, Jeff was superintendent over sixty plus homes a year, overseeing the construction of single family homes, medical complexes, and office buildings.

In October of 1994, Jeff made his decision to start his own company, Jeff Betsill Homes, Inc. From October of 1994 to October 1995 Jeff closed twenty-five homes working by himself. From October 1995 to present Jeff Betsill Homes, Inc. has grown to ten employees building an average of sixty homes each year. Jeff Betsill Homes, Inc. has built many homes and commercial buildings in the South Metro Area of Atlanta.
