Jeff Decker and Leslie Ratliff created a partnership in Pendragon Homes. Meeting nine years ago while working for a large builder in the area proved to be significant for both of them and for the communities around Greater Cincinnati. They have been working together building new homes ever since and are passionate about their life work and profession. They combine their talents to build high quality homes as efficiently as possible while exceeding the expectations of their customers.

Jeff and Leslie, through their combined experience and customer focus, have come to realize the most desirable features in a home.
