Treeline is developed on the former Treeline Golf Course in Tomball, TX. Pricing for this community has been released and Ryland is pre-selling Treeline out of the Gleannloch Farms sales office. The 120-acre development in Treeline will have a unique country club feel from the moment you enter the gated community. Special initiative was taken during development to preserve the beautiful trees that were prevalent on the golf course and surrounding areas. The recreation center will feature a resort style pool, splash pad, playground, as well as an upscale meeting center.

The community will have 322 oversized home sites with the majority of the sites containing some of the original trees from the golf course. The annual HOA dues for Treeline are $800 and the tax rate is 3.03%.

In the 70 foot homesites will consist of Ryland's Concerto Collection. These plans can be viewed in TerraVista, Long Meadow Farms, Shadow Creek Ranch, Eagle Springs, and Gleannloch Farms.
