Village at Miramar features 93 luxury townhomes and 147 classic townvillas within one peaceful, private setting. Homes range in size from about 1,100 to over 2,300 square feet of space, with over eight floor plans from which to choose. Townvillas offer four two-story floor plans with either two or three bedrooms. Townhomes range from three to four bedrooms, all with one-car garage plus two additional parking spaces. Within the gated community, residents will enjoy a host of amenities including a Clubhouse, pool, tot lot and park.
Location: From I75, exit Miramar Parkway. Go east to Flamingo Road. Turn south (right) and go about 1 mile. Look for the signs on your right.
From the Florida Turnpike, exit NW 57th Ave. / Red Road. At the exit ramp, go north to Miramar Parkway (first traffic light). Make a left on Miramar Parkway (go west) to Flamingo Road (NW 67 Ave.). Turn left again and go south about 1 mile. Look for the signs on your right.
