Founded in 1978, Signature Homes is a permanent part of Las Vegas. One of the area's oldest and largest home builders, the Company has built more than 9,000 homes, condominiums and apartments in Southern Nevada and is ranked 22 out of the top 100 privately-owned businesses in the Las Vegas valley. Company founder, Richard Plaster, continues to operate Signature Homes as a family-oriented business with his wife, Wendy. In 1999, the Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors honored Mr. Plaster with its prestigious "Home Builder of the Year" award.

As part of a long-term vision, we continually search for new ways to improve both the long-standing values of Signature's homes and the quality of life in its neighborhoods. Supporting those efforts, out team focuses on ways to heighten each home's livability and aesthetic appeal, overseeing both architectural design and interior amenities.
