T.H. Properties is built on a tradition of quality, integrity and honesty. THP's founders were born and raised in the building industry, their father a custom builder. They grew up working for and alongside him and learned that quality was to be a standard in both the building of homes and reputation, with customers and the community. With that ingrained in them they brought that same belief to THP, determined to build a legacy that would honor their traditional values.

THP's values are traditional as well as its belief that every home that is built under its name should be built right the first time. They are committed to their product and our signature on the home is quality. They desire to have customers that will readily add to the old saying, "They don't build them like they used to"...
