Twinmark Homes - Your Key To A Quality Home
In 2002 after having spent time working for other national home builders; brothers Justin and Matthew Arnold decided they could do it better and TwinMark Homes was born. The “it” that they knew could be improved upon has many points.
The first “it” is TwinMark’s employees. Finding the best and brightest people for every position is key to making the whole philosophy work.
The second “it” is TwinMark’s product line. Building a terrific home at an affordable price is the goal. TwinMark found the right architects and the right plans to be able to offer a home that’s built well, looks great and offers the features that today’s homebuyers are looking for.
The third “it” is warranty. It’s an unfortunate reality of building homes; things will need to be fixed or changed. The difference for the customer is in how it’s handled. Being understanding about the issue and resolving it quickly is how TwinMark handles it.
The reality of the construction business is that companies are built by having a great reputation. A home builder’s greatest advertisers are their home owners so TwinMark makes sure that with every sale they add another member to the advertising staff.
