The above number shows the value of rebates earned by home buyers that have used iNest Realty’s service. iNest customers receive a check from iNest 4 - 6 weeks after they close on their new home. (Typically, the rebate is 1% of the base price of the newly constructed home. That's up to $2,000 on the purchase of a $200,000 home!) The counter is programmed to escalate based on the dollar value of the rebates earned by iNest customers.
